Bulls select Matas Buzelis with 11th pick of 2024 NBA draft. What you need to know

Matas Buzelis is headed back to his home state.
Buzelis was selected 11th overall in the 2024 NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night after playing one season with the G League Ignite. The 19-year-old has a high ceiling with plenty of untapped potential, should the Bulls be able to help him develop his skills.
Buzelis was the No. 5-ranked player nationally in the 2023 recruiting class, according to 247 Sports' Composite rankings, but opted to forgo college and head straight to the G League.
